Integrations & automation

Connect your systems and let software do the repetitive work.

When systems don't talk to each other, people fill the gap: copying orders between tools, exporting spreadsheets, reconciling payments by hand. It's slow, error-prone and gets worse as the business grows.

I build integrations and automation that remove that manual work: connections to payment providers and third-party APIs, reliable two-way data sync, background jobs, bots and internal dashboards that show what's going on.

Integrations fail in boring ways: expired tokens, rate limits, duplicate webhooks, partial outages. I design for those cases from the start, with retries, logging and alerts, so the automation keeps working when nobody is watching.

What you get

What's included

01

Payment integrations

Stripe, Plaid and other payment and banking APIs, including webhooks, refunds and reconciliation.

02

Third-party APIs and data sync

Reliable connections to CRMs, marketplaces, accounting and shipping tools, with idempotent processing and retries.

03

Background jobs and bots

Scheduled tasks, queues, scrapers and Telegram or Slack bots that do repetitive work automatically.

04

Internal dashboards and reporting

One place to see orders, payments and operational metrics instead of five browser tabs and a spreadsheet.

05

Monitoring and alerts

Logs and notifications when something fails, so problems are caught in minutes, not days.

FAQ

Common questions

Why not just use Zapier or Make?

For simple flows they're great, and I'll tell you if they're enough. Custom integrations make sense when volume, reliability, cost or business logic outgrow no-code tools.

What if the service I need has no API?

There are often alternatives: exports, webhooks, email parsing or carefully built scrapers. We'll review the options and their trade-offs together.

Who maintains the integrations after launch?

You own the code and documentation. I can hand it to your team or support it on a small monthly retainer.
